Recreational Facility Use Agreement

Applications to request field use will be accepted from January 1st to February 15th of the current year. Applications will consist of the following documents:

  • All applications must be received by the City by no later than February 15th.
  • Applications submitted after February 15th, regardless of participant numbers, will be considered “late” and will be held until after priority applications are scheduled.
  • Applications submitted before February 15th will have priority scheduling, according to the numbers of participants.
  • A cover letter addressed to the Director of Public Works and sent to: City of Washougal, 1701 “C” Street, Washougal, WA 98671. No faxed copies will be accepted. The letter must contain: the name of the organization or group requesting field usage; an outline of the proposed activity; contact information for members responsible for league scheduling; administration and field maintenance.
  • A Field Request Form for each field the applicant wishes to utilize.
  • A signed Recreational Facility Use Agreement with all blanks filled in for the current year.
