Applications to request field use will be accepted from January 1st to February 15th of the current year. Applications will consist of the following documents:
All applications must be received by the City by no later than February 15th.
Applications submitted after February 15th, regardless of participant numbers, will be considered “late” and will be held until after priority applications are scheduled.
Applications submitted before February 15th will have priority scheduling, according to the numbers of participants.
A cover letter addressed to the Director of Public Works and sent to: City of Washougal, 1701 “C” Street, Washougal, WA 98671. No faxed copies will be accepted. The letter must contain: the name of the organization or group requesting field usage; an outline of the proposed activity; contact information for members responsible for league scheduling; administration and field maintenance.
A Field Request Form for each field the applicant wishes to utilize.
A signed Recreational Facility Use Agreement with all blanks filled in for the current year.
