To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the City of Washougal strongly encourages citizens to take advantage of E-billing and online payment options. These resources will eliminate the physical handling of paper bills, envelopes, cash and checks among multiple people. All fees associated with online billing have been removed.
If you don’t have an online account yet, please view this quick video on how to sign up for paperless billing OR email utilitybilling@cityofwashougal.us or call 360-835-8501 ext 504 to have your bill emailed to you instead of receiving it via mail.
