Clark County Accepting COVID-19 Vaccine Requests for Phase 1b Tier 1

Clark County Public Health is now accepting requests for COVID-19 vaccination for those who are eligible in Phase 1b Tier 1 of the state’s vaccination plan. All requests for vaccine must be made through a webform on the Clark County Public Health website.
