The Steamboat Landing dock will remain closed to the public until further notice to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community because adequate social distancing cannot be maintained on the narrow dock.
The city has received several complaints that visitors are breaking through the posted barriers. Damaging or circumventing the signs and/or barriers presents a risk management issue and malicious mischief is a crime.
