Due to the rapidly changing circumstances around COVID-19, Clark County District Court has substantially curtailed court operations. All out-of-custody criminal dockets are cancelled. All trials are continued until after July 6, 2020. Defendants will receive notice of their rescheduled court date by mail.

PLEASE CONTACT CAMAS/WASHOUGAL COURT AT (360) 397-2125 TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER.

In-custody matters will continue to be handled on the scheduled date; however, there may be significant changes in time of day they will be heard.

If you are represented, please maintain contact with your attorney. If you are represented by Pascoe & Assc., call 360-696-4495. If you are represented by Jack Peterson, call 360-859-5297.

Camas/Washougal Court Lobby is CLOSED. C/W Court is still open and available by telephone, mail and email.

All other civil and infraction matters shall be filed electronically (per court rule) or by mail. Currently scheduled civil matters are cancelled and litigants will receive notice in the mail regarding rescheduled dates.
