Washougal Lighted Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting 2026

City of Washougal kicks off the holiday season with the Lighted Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting on Thursday, December 3, 2026 in downtown!

Festivities begin in Reflection Plaza at 5 p.m. and include performances by the Washougal High School Band, along with complimentary cookies and hot cocoa throughout the event. Santa will hand out candy canes and be available for photos from 5–6 p.m., then take a short break for the parade. Please note: Santa has pet allergies, so we ask that no animals be brought into the photo area.

The Lighted Parade begins at 6 p.m., followed immediately by the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Santa will the count down to light the tree before resuming photos.  

PARADE ENTRY APPLICATIONS WILL BE OPEN FOLLOWING LABOR DAY   (free)
