The Washougal Arts Commission was established at the May 29, 2018 City Council meeting to identify and actively encourage the development and sustainability of arts in the city. The primary duty of the Washougal arts commission is to identify and actively encourage the development and sustainability of the arts in the city by serving as the city’s primary resource in matters of public art and culture.
